Our lead time is 2-5 days for new samples. For lot order, our lead time is 7-10 days after receive payment by T/T.

Our MOQ is 10PCS for samples. For second order, our MOQ is 100PCS.

Please note that if your order quantity is less than 10pcs,we will collect sample fee US$40 from your sides and return this fee in your second order. If you don't want to pay this sample fee, we suggest you to pay us by Western Untion so that we will not collect sample fee from your sides.

We can ship your order by express like DHL /UPS /FedEX / TNT / EMS. If you order bigger quantity (1000pcs), it's better to use air freight so that the freight cost will be cheaper and you can keep more profits.

VIDESUR do not offer free samples and freight. Please kindly contact us to purchase any samples that you are interested in.
